  • Informed Wrongness: In the fifth episode, "E for Ectoplasm", Andrew and Zelda end up apologising to Stu and Stephie for supposedly "replacing" them as their respective best friends. The end of the episode sees them both backing off and admitting they've only been dating a month, the moral being that you don't cast your long-time friends aside for a romantic relationship that is still fairly new. A good message...but Stu and Stephie had been acting extremely selfishly and childishly throughout the episode, showing very little support or regard for their supposed best friends' feelings and exciting new relationship. And for that, they get an apology and what they want. Really seems like the wrong people ended up apologising...
  • Retroactive Recognition: The guy that played Stu, Henry Zebrowski, went on to have more success as a standup comedian and as one of the hosts of The Last Podcast on the Left. In fact; One of the running gags on the latter show consists of his co-hosts jokingly mentioning his sitcom-stint as if it were this big major acting role.
