- Suspiciously Similar Song: "Fight Test" became the subject of a legal dispute after the song's melody was compared to that of "Father and Son" by Cat Stevens. Stevens (now known as Yusuf Islam) threatened to sue the band on plagiarism grounds and won, now he gets 25% of the royalties.
