• Audience-Alienating Era: Although just three albums is a short discography in and of itself, fans only praise the first two ones, and cover songs made by other bands are always from those. The third one? Either insulted, or ignored as if it never existed...
• Vindicated by History: V8 was a minor and ignored band in its day, but as all their former members created far greater and more successful bands later on (and usually made V8 cover songs in their concerts), it got a lot of retroactive recognition.
