While it's true that she has issues with Gillian due to her being her step-mom as well as being abandoned by her father, viewers are too off-put by her bratty behaviour towards Bob to honestly care. Even when she correctly points out the only reason that Bob comes over is to see Gillian and never talks to her or her siblings, it falls flat due to how she and them avoid him like the plague whenever he comes over and therefore never gave him a chance to actually bond with the kids.
