• Tear Jerker: Orisa's (temporary) deactivation. After Orisa accidentally fires at and injures a student after mistaking him for Doomfist, Efi undergoes a massive guilt trip and concludes that after everything else already that's gone wrong, she cannot risk keeping Orisa around if she'll end up hurting more innocent people. Orisa begs to not be shut down and understands it was a mistake she wants to correct, but it definitely reads more like Efi "correcting" her own mistake for the greater good.
  Orisa: I am not ready to be deactivated. I have made a mistake, but I am fully capable of learning from my mistakes.
  Efi: I love you, Orisa. And I'm sorry.
  Orisa: I'm still learning! I'm still—
