Special Effects Failure: Gingerdead Man himself in the third movie. The puppet doesn't look like he does in the last two movies, its mouth barely moves so most of the time when it talks it's not onscreen, and has very obvious CGI when it's moving.
The sound of the warden banging on a locked door of the Time Travel room and yelling to let her in despite the door being shown to be open.
The blood CGI in the third movie as well.
The cookie getting torn apart at the end is quite clearly a foam prop of him. Which raises the question of why they couldn't actually use a real cookie.
Nausea Fuel: The cookie's death in the first film where he gets eaten. Let's just say don't watch this movie while you're eating.
Nightmare Fuel: The films are quite silly, but the Gingerdead Man himself is absolutely terrifying.
