  • The author created a Roman O.C named Lawrence to be the token jerk and to avoid tarnishing a canon character. The Blood of Olympus introduced a Roman named Bryce Lawrence who is indeed a jerk, and more. Both conflicted with Nico, though the canon Lawrence was a lot worse than the O.C Lawrence.
  • Turns out canonically a Egyptian God can possess a Greek Demigod without causing them to blow up.
