• Alternate Character Interpretation: Did Ms. Leading really care for the Boy, or did she merely see him as an escape?
• Moral Event Horizon: Although the Boy is already quite hardened by then, his decision to kill his own father and impersonate his dead half-brother leaves him with no other path.

• More Popular Spin Off: By now, they qualify as one for The Receiving End Of Sirens, the band for which Casey Crescenzo was lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist before leaving to start this band. This may be primarily because TREOS only released two albums before dissolving, though.

• Narm: "Go get your gun, get your gun, and let's find out what it does: shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, SHOOOOOOOOOT!"
• Tear Jerker: "Son" and "Father" from Act III. The strings in "Father" especially.
