Part of the community went totally ballistic over a design considered boring, sexist and unexpected (with multiple mentions of expecting a Mad Scientist or a plague doctor), a few of those players mentioning clear intent to mod that image as soon as possible. Other parts of the community thought it was Fan Disservice (due to her skin and overall creepy look) and in-character.
