YMMV / Teen Titans S5 E13 "Things Change"

• Broken Base: Some fans love the episode for the emotional impact that it stamped onto the series end, and other fans hate it for the same reason. At least a chunk does like the episode, but don't like it as a series finale.
• Fanon Discontinuity: Several fans would consider "Calling All Titans"/"Titans Together" as the true Grand Finale and pretend that this never happened because of the ending.
• Fanfic Fuel:
  • How was Terra's petrification undone? Does she still have her powers and memories and deliberately choosing to repress them? How did she get enrolled in her school? How long has she been flesh and blood? Who are her current guardians?
  • What has Slade been doing with his time since the Season 4 finale? Is he going to have a vendetta against Terra for causing him to become Trigon's lackey? How did Beast Boy's assistance help the Titans fare against the White Monster? So many what ifs the viewers are left to interpret and ponder.
• Never Live It Down: For many fans, it's a Grand Finale that served as anything but, not just due to the aforementioned Bittersweet Ending but also for raising a lot more new questions than answers on multiple plot points that are introduced only to be abandoned due to this being the final episode.
