• It Was His Sled: Kix got put into cryostasis by the Separatists after trying to carry on Fives's attempt to reveal Order 66, only awakening when the main characters of "Crimson Corsair" find him.
• Just Here for Godzilla: The only reason why many Star Wars fans read this is because of the Wham Episode status of The Clone Wars tie-in short story, "Crimson Corsair". Quite specifically, Kix, who is now a Fish out of Temporal Water after trying to reveal Order 66. Recommendations to read that specific story may even drop the spoiler as a reason to look.
• Tear Jerker: Oh boy. What's Count Dooku's highly esteemed treasure? Kix, who followed up on Fives' investigation of Order 66, only to be kidnapped by the Separatists before he could warn anyone. Turned into a Human Popsicle, the crew of the Crimson Corsair eventually finds and awakens him, but by that time, he's too late. Fifty years too late. Having outlived everyone he's known and been unable to prevent everything that's happened in the last half century, he joins his rescuers because he has nowhere else to go. Kix, the Last Clone Trooper.
• Unexpected Character: Nobody, in or out of universe, was expecting Count Dooku's treasure to be the clone trooper Kix, who had followed up on fellow trooper Fives's warnings about a conspiracy against the Republic and learned about Palpatine's identity as a Sith Lord and plans for Order 66.
