- Captain Obvious Reveal: Anna being the next Destiny. Not helping much that in the game, she is voiced by Kaede Hondo, who was the voice of Anna in the anime. And lo and behold, turns out she is the same character in the game.
- Catharsis Factor: In Episode 8, Felix Schindler getting stripped of his rank and kicked out of the Symphonica for his actions against Takt. And after his defeat, the following episode reveals him to be imprisoned in a mental institution.
- I Knew It!: Some fans theorized that Anna inherited Destiny's power some time after Cosette. They were right on one part, but not how she inherited it.
- Unexpected Character: Nobody expected Walkure to show up in episode 5, despite only being announced to appear in the game.
