- Harsher in Hindsight:
- How Can I Tell If I'm Really In Love when he acknowledges how difficult and exhausting adult relationships actually are, not long before his Real Life separation — not to mention that Jillian's big line in the episode "Fuck you, prick!" Happily enough, Brad and Jillian are still close friends.
- His joke about Family Video being "one of the only good organizations with the word 'family' in it" in the "Myth of Safe Sex" episode became this when Family Video went out of business less than a year later.
- They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: While reception to the Redux episodes has been mixed, the general consensus is that the original versions were better. It seems that Brad listened to the criticism, as after the first couple "redux" episodes, he went back to reuploading the original unedited episodes.
