• Complete Monster: Issue #13's "Survivors": Uda-Khalid is a vicious Serial Killer with hundreds if not thousands of bodies to his name. A master at cleaning up his crime scenes, Uda has left so little evidence that the Republic government itself has given up hope on bringing him to trial, at least until the vengeful ghosts of his victims appear to a young Mace Windu to guide him to their killer. Unrepentant even when Mace shows him all the hundreds of spirits of the lives he's taken, Uda's last act is to attempt to murder Mace himself.

• Heartwarming Moments: On Cloud City, Darth Vader is presented with the blasted parts of C-3PO. Picking up Threepio's head, Vader flashes back to the days when a young Anakin first found the wrecked droid and put him together, sneaking him home from the scrapyard piece by piece right under Watto's snout. Vader orders that Threepio be left with Chewbacca, knowing the Wookiee can fix him.
• Jerkass Woobie: George R. Binks, Jar-Jar's father. On the one hand, he despises his son and is fully aware of his imbecilic tendencies, blaming him for stranding them on a deserted island. He yells, strangles, and hits Jar-Jar, and even tries to trick him into swimming for help, knowing full well that he would drown in the process. On the other hand, Jar-Jar's antics eventually cause George to be Driven to Suicide, with his wife inadvertently causing him to pull the trigger just by mentioning their son. Though he survives, George becomes broken by his experience on the deserted island as well as by his own son. George also dreams of a Gungan woman he loved but couldn't marry due to her infertility.
• Tearjerker:
  • "Being Boba Fett" from Issue #16. Boba starts his day by waking up, looking at his face in the mirror, and giving his father a good morning.
  • "Into the Great Unknown" from Issue #19 has the death of Han Solo. After all his adventures, Han gets fatally wounded by native arrows after being stranded on an unknown planet and dies separated from Leia and his kids. Poor Chewbacca has to watch his best friend die in front of him and is left stranded there separated from his own family, still guarding the remains of the Falcon over a hundred years later when Dr. Jones comes along.
