• Ass Pull: We never get an answer to how Entek knew about the incident where Kira accidentally killed a cat. Maybe he did somehow implant a false memory in Kira while she was unconscious? Alternatively, a simpler explanation is that out of all the secret, closely held memories Kira has, that story just happens to be the one that they did somehow find out about.
• Heartwarming Moments: Ghemor's interactions with Kira. He honestly believes that she's his daughter and is making an effort to help her adjust to her old home life.
• Moment of Awesome: Garak bluffing Gul Benil.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • If Gaslighting strikes a nerve with you, you'll likely find much of this episode horrifying.
  • Also Garak's rather cavalier attitude after taking a life is a little unsettling. That's Garak for you.
