• Ho Yay: Hitaki and Rihito have a particularly suspicious relationship, especially near the end of the manga.
• Tear Jerker: In chapter 51, Beni's father meets his wife as she came forward in time past the time of her own death. The only problem is she's wearing the same clothes as she did when she died coming out of the Future-Portal in the cellar. He knows when she goes back she will die but cannot say anything or the paradox created would make things even worse. At least, he can tell her that he does love her and doesn't regret meeting him at all.
