• Catharsis Factor: If an episode features a perfectly nice bride being bullied by her entourage (and there are many), you will find yourself screaming "YEAH!" when the consultant finally puts their foot down and reads them the riot act for their awful behavior. The only thing better is when the bride gets fed up enough to do it herself, especially if she's been soft-spoken and insecure until now.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: Randy. He used to pop up here and there in early days, but the producers loved him so much he became the face of the show. While obviously people like him enough, there's some who think he's a tad annoying.
• Jerkass Woobie: Claudia (the consultant). While she was far from the best consultant, it still wasn't fun watching her get fired from Klienfields.
• The Woobie: Many of the brides that show up fill in here. Especially if they have health problems or shy personalities, or don't have Mom or Dad by their side for one or another reason.
