• Complete Monster: Dr. Viper. He painfully mutates Morbulus into the bacteria monster and enjoys every moment of his agony, with the resulting monster(s) causing dozens of deaths, all to steal a rare chemical he apparently wants for no other reason than to have it. He even directly participates in one death himself, pretty much murdering the farmer by feeding him directly to the monster.
