• Hilarious in Hindsight: The telenovela is hysterical if watched back-to-back with Los ricos también lloran. You have Guillermo Capetillo, the same actor who played the son of Verónica Castro's character there, here playing her love interest. (Especially when one remembers that him being confused for her much younger lover in Los ricos también lloran was a plot point.) And then there's Edith González, who played Castro's daughter in the former, here playing one of the mean girls who are her romantic rivals who is now supposed to be of around her same age.
