- The main character for whom the book is named anally rapes his foster brother's bully.
- But it goes a step further when Trevor discovers his repressed homosexuality. Pygmy insists it is just Stockholm Syndrome, and that he has no feelings for the bully. Distraught, Trevor engages in a school shooting at the Model U.N.
- And then there's Pygmy "borrowing" the batteries from his host-mother's sex toy. At that particular moment, the sex toy happens to be in her vagina, necessitating his reaching in and pulling it out.
