• Crosses the Line Twice: In any other comedy, mainly today, Pinky's pestering of Porky would come off as borderline sadism, but here it gets ridiculous enough to make it funny instead—the fact that he helped Porky win a swimming race with one of his pranks (and got a taste of karma from said prank) helps offset his bratty behavior, too. It also helps that Porky isn't seriously harmed by any of his pranks.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: This wouldn't be the last Warner Bros. cartoon with a character named Pinky.
