• Signature Scene: Pole getting an erection for an entire level.
• What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: Despite appearing like a kid-friendly 8-bit platformer at first glance, some of the gags come across as rather... graphic. There's tons of bloody deaths and the infamous erection scene to name a few. For reference, the game received a B rating in Japan, which is often an equivalent to the ESRB's T rating. Had the game been properly localized and released outside Japan, it would have been more likely to get an M rating from the ESRB and similar ratings in other countries.
