• Paranoia Fuel: There are at least two serial killers on the loose and anyone might be one of them. Anyone. Even a doctor or a seemingly kind police officer.
• Special Effects Failure: Some of the animals are very obviously CGI.
• The Woobie: It would be easier to list everyone who isn't one.
  • Mu-chi. He loses his parents and brother to two different serial killers, then he discovers his brother's murderer is a man he trusted.
  • Bong-yi. She was kidnapped and raped as a child, her grandmother is murdered, after she had an argument with her and never got to apologise to her, and her friend is turning into a psychopath and almost kills her. Then she learns her friend was a serial killer all along and is her grandmother's murderer.
  • Ba-reum becomes this after his Laser-Guided Amnesia. He learns part of his brain was replaced with Yo-han's and assumes he's gained Yo-han's memories of committing murder. But soon he discovers the truth: he is the killer, not Yo-han, and he's regained his original memories. And he's really Seo-joon's son, not Yo-han.
  • Ji-eun. In the space of a few weeks she discovers her husband is a serial killer and her unborn son carries the psychopath gene. Years later her son dies and all the evidence points to him being a serial killer too. Then she learns he wasn't and her husband murdered him to save the real killer.
  • Yo-han. He's falsely accused of being a serial killer and then killed by the man he thinks is his own father.
  • Hong-ju. She gives birth to Yo-han's child after his death, only for her child to be repeatedly threatened for who his father and grandfather were, and she's attacked for having fallen in love with a man believed to be a serial killer.
