- Covered Up: When Ellefson originally provided two ambient bookend tracks to the band Fermenting Innards for their album Myst, he liked them so much he released his own EP, Blood and Thunder, under the Mortiis name featuring the tracks. This release was so popular and more known than the album they were meant for that on some websites, they list Fermenting Innards versions of the tracks as Mortiis covers.
