- Harvey receives a call from a distraught teenager in Minnesota who is contemplating suicide because his parents are sending him to a hospital "to be fixed" and the teenager reveals that he is disabled and using a wheelchair, so running off to the nearest big city is practically impossible.
- Harvey's Little "No" when Dan pulls a gun on him just before being killed. True to his character, he sounds more disappointed than scared.
- The spontaneous candlelight procession at the end, letting it be known that, even after his murder, Harvey's legacy lives on.
