• Moment of Awesome:
  • Jaune's return to Remnant while as the Meta attracts a crap ton of Grimm. As you can imagine, the poor unlucky animals are all beaten to a bloody pulp. Not long after that, Jaune proceeds to lay the smack down on his former teammates and friends. All of that is on the first chapter, by the way.
  • Once Jaune starts getting his memories back, he ends up bumping into his old bully, Cardin. When they're chosen for a fight in Mrs Goodwitch's class, Cradin doesn't stand a chance.
• Nightmare Fuel: The Meta surviving 9 shots to the throat is certainly a terrifying thought, but it gets worse as in this version, Jaune Arc is the same person. Yep, our lovable dork Jaune. And the worst part, all of Team RWBY and NPR got see it happen, courtesy of a doctor's semblance showing them Jaune's memories. In other words, Pyrrha got a front-row seat of watching her crush go through hell. To say that she doesn't take it well would be putting it mildly. Nora and Ren also get some serious PTSD thanks to the moment being all too similar to what happened at Kuroyuri.
