• Complete Monster: Tiraz Malkizan was, throughout his life, only ever interested in two things: gaining money and power, and hurting people. Tiraz committed his first murder at the age of 16 when he didn't want to share the loot of a robbery with his partner. Later on, after becoming a cop, Tiraz manipulated Beyo and Javed to use blackmail and torture to gather information faster and often frame innocent parties, all under the pretense of the greater good. Tiraz's most heinous acts during that period were the murder of an investigating co-worker; brutally raping and cannibalizing Luceija Ascaiath; and killing his assistant for saving him a few moments later than he ordered. After being exposed and confronted by his colleagues, he grabbed all the money they ever made and ran off to become a powerful crime lord, fully embracing his savage nature with delight.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: Abuyin, who was supposed to be just a joke character, but got so popular he is now a regular P-NPC.
  • Cypher, for being a Deadpan Snarker and a Handicapped Badass, as well as a hacking genius.
  • Guesarie Linyria, for being a badass and non-typical Asari
• Hilarious in Hindsight: When Shell was introduced, he drew a lot of heat from players who said that the idea of a clone in the Mass Effect Universe is ridiculous. Three months later the Citadel DLC was released.....
