• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • The songs "Magic, Magic E" and "Drop That E" were completely innocent when they were first shown, but schools continued to show them to kids long after "E" developed its other meaning.
  • "The Boy From Space" includes a character who bears more than a passing resemblance to the Tall Man from the Phantasm series.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • Charn, the Big Bad of Through The Dragon's Eye.
  • The Thin Man, from "The Boy from Space". Something about the way he just lurches around awkwardly, and that stare...and as previously mentioned, he bears a striking resemblance to the Tall Man from Phantasm.
• Retroactive Recognition:
  • Len Tanner from "Len and the River Mob" is played by George Layton, who would later be best known for playing Paul Collier in Doctor in the House and Bombardier Solomons in It Ain't Half Hot, Mum.
  • Jean Watson from "Fair Ground!: Part 1 - Trouble in the Tea-Leaves" is played by Judy Cornwell, who would later be best known for playing Daisy in Keeping Up Appearances.
