YMMV / Little Angels: The Brightest Christmas

• Ass Pull: Even though the Angels were shown preventing the dog Scout from being hit by a truck, Scout dies anyway and needs to be revived by the Angels.
• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment:
  • At one point, the Angels kidnap Daniel's sister to sing a song to her. Instead of making her aware of the Angels' existence or them actually doing anything useful, like preventing Jimmy from dying or outright healing him, the song and scene are never mentioned again and essentially serve no purpose.
  • Later, the Angels need to revive Scout after he was hit by a truck... even though he wasn't. Again, he survives and the truck is never mentioned again.
• The Scrappy: The green-clad Angel gets the most hate, mostly due to his annoying, raspy voice. Whose idea was it to have Charles Martinet voice a character that looks like a little boy?
• Strawman Has a Point: At one point, Daniel complains about their dad making them live in the middle of nowhere and remarks that the situation is all his fault. Watchers are supposed to see this as Daniel refusing to take responsibility for his actions, but leaving his children alone in the middle of a blizzard in a cabin with no working phone line that's separated from the nearest town by a mountain and a dangerous river was a very irresponsible thing for the dad to do.
