- Awesome Music: Howard Goodall, the composer of this film, was well known for scoring some of Rowan Atkinson's films, and creating the theme tune of Mr. Bean, so this was a given.
- "Opening Titles", which happily reminds the viewers that the loved superspy is back, after a Sequel Gap of seven years.
- "Johnny's on Board". Another song that is a rousing build-up to English receiving his new Aston Martin.
- "End Roller Medley", a mixture of various tunes throughout the film, that plays during the credits.
- There were also other songs that played during English's dance scene. For instance, "Sandstorm" by Darude (We're not joking) and "Venus" by Bananarama.
- One snazzy beat also played during the credits, which was "Moves" by Olly Murs and Snoop Dogg.
- Fridge Brilliance: The scene after the final conflict reveals that Johnny had been wearing no pants under the knight armor - because he'd previously infiltrated the castle in a Scottish uniform with a kilt, and for authenticity, wearing what Johnny probably believes actual Scotsmen wear under their kilts ie. nothing.
- Fridge Horror: There's a subtle nod to how far-reaching Volta's influence already is, based just on his control of data - Russian intelligence has problems trying to identify Johnny, but Volta's resources can do it in seconds.
- Win Back the Crowd: Bough's dynamic with Johnny English was deemed by many as one of the merits of Johnny English, so when he was replaced by Tucker in the next movie, that change wasn't well received. As a result, Bough's return in this film has been welcomed with open arms.
