Alternative Character Interpretation: Axel and Rikku act like they can't stand each other during their date. However, their dialogue is written like they're in a romantic comedy, so it almost comes across like they could be Tsundere for each other instead.
Aluminum Christmas Trees: Despite seeming like they were made up solely for this fanfic, Christmas trees decorated with swastikas instead of stars and other Nazi paraphernalia actually did exist during the time the Nazis were in power◊.
Bile Fascination: Why some people read this in the first place. The fic is monstrously offensive, gets history wrong, has grammar and spelling mistakes, and has very stupid protagonists. Many read it just to see how awful it is.
Designated Hero: Organization XIII are all depicted as Nazis, but the fanfic gives them heroic qualities in an attempt to make them sympathetic and relatable to readers. Axel and Roxas, in particular, are meant to be kind young men with hearts of gold, yet they're shown engaging in roundups and sending people to concentration camps.

Just Here for Godzilla: Part of the Bile Fascination that draws some readers in is getting to see what the members of Organization XIII (as well as the rest of the Kingdom Hearts characters) would be like as Nazis.
Padding: There's a lot of it in the fanfic, but Chapter 5 in particular is the worst offender of this trope. It concerns the group looking for their friends after a shootout at the Führerbunker, but it holds no relevance to the plot, and the shootout is never mentioned again.
