Adorkable: Vanessa. In her first season, she tries offering some words of comfort to the heroine after a brush with a powerful vampire, but ends up accidentally emphasizing the danger she's in. The heroine's internal reaction is: "she's so bad at this, it's actually kinda cute." After Vanessa realizes the implication of her words, she flushes in embarrassment, which the heroine finds even cuter. She also reacts like a kid at Christmas when she sees the inside of the heroine's parents' secret room, calling some of the weapons "badass". And then there's the reveal that she's a huge anime nerd.
Fans speculated from almost the beginning that the heroine has some kind of supernatural nature, citing her ability to pack-bond with Mackenzie in the latter's route and her resistance to supernatural influences such as JD's memory-tampering. All routes eventually turn her into some form of supernatural being (mostly the same as her love interest, except in the cases of JD and Vanessa's routes) and in at least some routes she's confirmed to have inborn supernatural qualities prior to her transformation (such as in Antonio's route, where it's the reason both Antonio and Igor want to get their hands on her from the outset).
The fans also popularly assumed that Antonio is bisexual based on his interactions with Diego in Diego's route. This was confirmed via Antonio's inclusion on Lovestruck's official list of LGBTQ characters shortly before his route launched in June 2018.
There had been a lot of speculation starting early on that Luce is evil and/or more than she seems, which was also increasingly hinted at in-game. In Razi's fifth season, she's revealed to be Baba Yaga.
