  • Given that Lila's feelings only seem to get stronger the more she gets to know Filena, it's probably the former. Filena's feelings are harder to parse; while she occasionally complains about Lila being too clingy, the affection she shows her "wife" puts them at least at Romantic Two-Girl Friendship level.
