  • Awesome Music:
    • The Winter Wrap-Up song from episode 4. The theme song also counts.
    • The Knights of Time and Space by Psychgoth. That is all for you to know without listening for yourselves.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight:
    • The series came up with the pseudonym for the Doctor of Time Turner before the cards did. BaldDumboRat practically exploded in joy.
    • In "Apples and Arguments", the Doctor reacts with surprise to learn that Ditzy has a job. In "The Power of Three", the Doctor reacts with surprise to Amy and Rory having jobs.
    • Derpy in Episode 4, after Clara Oswald's own "It's smaller on the outside!"
    • In the official Lovestruck Derpy dub, several people ask Derpy what she would do if the Doctor regenerated into a female. Her response to that (and to a question on what if the Doctor was gay) was holding up a Gender Bender machine and saying she'd "prepare to adjust and make changes". Funny at the time. Hilarious when the 13th Doctor came along.
  • I Knew It!: The Doctor and Ditzy have to stop an alien from freezing the world in episode 4. The Windigos are shown to have attempted to freeze the world in "Heart's Warming Eve".
    • Which the show (DWaA, not MLP) then Retroactively made canon- that these aliens were the Windigos, but due to a mix-up, Turner sent them to the past of the MLP world, resulting in the events of "Heart's Warming Eve."
  • Narm: Discorded Whooves' voice in Wrong Way Backwards Part III. It's on par with Christian Bale's Batman voice.
  • Tear Jerker:
    • What the Cyberponies did to Celestia. They pretty much spent months breaking her will to convert her into a living battery for their planet. When the Doctor and Ditzy find her, she's a broken wreck. just imagining Celestia in that condition is heartbreaking! What makes it even WORSE is that they apparently hit Celestia hard with Who Wants to Live Forever?. Overlaps with Fridge Horror.
'Celestia': Just as everything rises, it falls. They all die, and I am cursed to continue living.
    • The Doctor lamenting the Cyberponies rejecting the Last-Second Chance he gave them, resulting in the destruction of their homeworld and them with it.
The Doctor: Even in this dimension…they never listen.
    • During the Q&A:
Ditzy: (Reading) Doctor, are you trying to get back to your friends and family?
      Ditzy: Doctor?
The Doctor: (Quietly) Let's…Let's just skip this question for now, okay?
      Ditzy: …Okay.
    • Derpy's rant at the beginning of episode 6 part 2. She never asked for any of this to happen to her, she was happy with her job, her family, and her friends, and she hasn't seen any of them since she got caught up the Doctor's antics. This, combined with the Hate Plague turning her into a filly finally breaks her and she ends up breaking down crying.
    • The Doctor "regenerating" in episode 7 and Derpy's reaction to it.
    • Meta: Keikoandgilly's announcement that he was retiring from the series as of episode 8, part 2, and giving the role of the Doctor to someone with more time to devote to the project. He genuinely broke down crying while saying goodbye to the fans.
    • Pistol actually being an A.I in episode 11 part 2. After the machine he created gave him "immortality" it perserved his intelligence in an A.I. His broken reaction to it, and trying to deny it as The Doctor as playing a cruel joke, just sells it.
    • From Episode 11 part 2, the Doctor's "solution": replaying a moment made him happy (when he made the machine before its effect took place) until he can find a actual way to save him. Also, the end when Pistol briefly breaks free from the process to say goodbye to the Doctor, Derpy, and Tick Tock, before repeating his memory again.
