• Common Knowledge: Many reviewers comment on the Doctor spanking Clara with a towel at the end of the episode. However, this is just a case of bad blocking; the Doctor is smacking the towel into his other hand, but Clara is standing right in front of the action, while leaning forwards to boot, making it sound like he slapped her bottom when the towel hit his hand.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: The Doctor jovially refers to himself and Tricky as "Team TARDIS", a name that would become synonymous with his thirteenth incarnation and her first three companions.
