- Fridge Horror: It appears that the chandelier turns you into a skull when it kills you. Those skulls you've been mindlessly shooting? They're dead players.
- Goddamned Bats: The Skull enemies, which can easily outnumber you and they tend to sneak up on you when you least expect it, and it doesn't help your are a One-Hit Point Wonder.
- That One Achievement: Devil Dagger, last five hundred seconds. In a game this hard, five hundred seconds feels like an eternity, and only 0.1% of the player base has earned it. Ironically, it's also the game's only achievement.
