- Designated Villain: Vic. He's an asshole yes, but as far as he's concerned, he's an upstanding citizen who believes that Jesus is just a homeless con man leeching off his friends.
- Seasonal Rot: Season 3 is sometimes seen as a downgrade from the previous two, mostly due to several main characters (Vic, Fish, Maggie, Trayvon) leaving the show and much more emphasis on juvenile humor such as the excessive swearing, toilet humor, and stereotypes, which is curious coming from an Aaron McGruder creation.
