• Accidental Innuendo: Occasionally. Fire Red Omega episode 29 had the infamous "doing Erika" line, which he mocked by putting it in the title of episode 30 and said that it was just how he talked.
• Archive Panic: Started making videos back in October of 2006, and is still going strong. Nearly 1700 videos on his main channel, plus a few hundred on Martin's channel, his BA 2 Speed Run channel, plus his collaborative work and streams means that newcomers have a LOT of catching up to do.
• Ensemble Dark Horse: His younger brother Joey is fairly popular, due to being adorable. On a different note, his favorite character from Bikdip's Adventure 2 seems to be Peg Leg Arm.
  • "The Steve" from Super Mario Sunshine .
• Harsher in Hindsight: His Pokémon Snap playthrough is a lot more awkward considering that he and Jenny would break up later on. In a similar vein, his naming his Girafarig "Jenny" in his Soulsilver Text LP.
• LGBT Fanbase: Has a large number of gay and transgender viewers. The reason for this baffles Bikdip to this day.
  • Seemed to grow after Martin came out as transgender.

• Self-Imposed Challenge: This is one of the main draws of his playthroughs. Rarely, though, he'll give up on one if it's too much for him.
  • Beating Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy without getting any coins. Then inverted in Super Mario 64 by doing a second run, getting every coin in the game.
    • He also tried to do a Pacifist Run for Sunshine, as well as a no refill FLUDD run, both of which were abandoned pretty quickly.
  • Was going to beat Super Demo World with no rewinds, but by the end gave up on that for the levels being too annoying.
  • Beat Pikmin while avoiding resetting.
  • Beat Pikmin 2 in 8 days.
  • Was going to do a no picking up stray hearts challenge in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, but dropped by episode 12. He kept up the No Fairies in Bottle and No Boss Heart challenges for longer.
  • Played through Bikdip's Adventure 1 with minimum health.
  • Did a minimalist run on Bikdip's Adventure 2.
  • Did a run of Metroid Prime with only 23% of the game's items.
  • He is now playing Pokémon Platinum using only baby Pokémon.
