YMMV / Arrow S 5 E 5 Human Target

• Ass Pull: The Human Target is only given the barest of introductions, with the show clearly banking on people already knowing him from the comics (or at least the short-lived Fox series from a while earlier).
• One-Scene Wonder: Church's costumed killer was gunned down after a few scenes and he wasn't even named unlike other Arrow minor enemies, but his memorable costume and ability to kick ass (including giving Prometheus enough of a scare to back off) has earned him fan respect who are wondering if he is the Red Hood, a new Deathstroke or some other DC villain.
• Special Effect Failure: The latex mask Felicty is holding after Chance unmasks looks nothing like Oliver Queen. It even lacks his stubble and appears to not have a mouth opening.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Church brought things back to the more grounded level, with his plans to control both Star City's ports and the gangs. Considering how well he got rid of the competition and how much of a challenge he was for Oliver, it was a shame that he died so quickly.
