- Crosses the Line Twice:
- When rightfully accused of being a Pyromaniac, Junior simply wonders what this word means.
- One of the experiments in Lab Animals is so horrifically mutilated, it's named "AAARGH!" by everyone else.
- Among the severely mutilated lab animals, there is one of them that's healthy and clean. Bakilus immediately says "this guy must be new", and unfortunately is right.
- The Grim Reaper claims either he is tired or that his boat is too heavy during epidemics.
- The Threatening Shark of Dangerous Waters mentions how when he smells blood he can eat his own family, which most of his family has done to each other. Cornelius asks if there are any family members left to tend to the shark's current wound.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: One of the poems Junior butchers becomes: "As you start the journey to Ithaca, you are so dumb you will end up in Thrace." note Odysseus actually did have Thrace as one of his first stops, and it actually was one of his least smart decisions, because he and his men plundered a city there and the natives violently gave them the boot when they came for revenge.
