- Awesome Moments: From the first episode, "Joining of the Knights". Prince Turhan first escapes Bakar and his general, Vangore on his own. Though when he's eventually cornered. The sorcerer Fariq aids in his escape, not with a Flying Carpet.. but rather, with a flying table.
- Bez, who introduces himself to the heroes, by turning himself into an elephant. Aiding in their escape by breaking down one of the city gates.
- Near the beginning of episode 2, "The Ransom". Turhan and the Arabian Knights raid a camp of Vangore's men in order to rescue a captured Caliph. To avoid being overrun by the soldiers, Fariq sends one of the enemy tents into the air. Causing all of the men to fall several feet rather comically.
- Episode 3, "A Trap for Turhan". Bez demonstrating for the first time that he can transform into mythical creatures, as well as animals. By transforming into a winged horse in order to get Turhan and Fariq to Bagdad.
- Episode 7 "The Challenge", even though he fell into an obvious trap by Bakar. Raseem defeating not only the other human contestant in feats of strength, like holding up a living elephant. But also managing to defeat Bakar's "champion", a raging gorilla beast, was genuinely impressive.
- Episode 8, "Isle of Treachery" has Bez transform into a massive Roc.
- Funny Moments: During the very first episode alone, Bakar's top henchman Vangore gets humiliated several times. The first few times are curtesy of Prince Turhan himself. Though eventually Princess Nida and even the donkey Zazoom get to fool and thoroughly defeat the man.
- Also from episode one, poor Turhan, Fariq and Raseem... stuck riding Zazoom together. Something the prince lampshades.
Turhan: Well, this is one way to defeat Bakar.Raseem: What is that?Turhan: When they see us descending on them. They will laugh themselves to death.- Near the beginning of episode 6, "Sky Raiders of the Desert". In order to pursue the raiders after they kidnap Nida, Fariq summons... flying pillows. Double hilarious in that while most everyone only needs "one" pillow to sit upon, Raseem however... needs a dozen to sit on.
- Episode 7 "The Challenge", how do Prince Turhan and the others attempt to stop Raseem from competing in Bakar's "Strongest Man in Bagdad" contest? By tying him up in a rope conjured up by Fariq, naturally.
- Episode 8 "Isle of Treachery", the moment when Turhan confronts Vangore.
Vangore: (shocked) Turhan!Turhan: Well, it isn't Sinbad the Sailor! - Nightmare Fuel: Though nothing comes of it, likely due to the times in which the series was made, the fact that Princess Nida is first seen when she is about to be sold into slavery. Not helped by the fact that while she was a Defiant Captive, one of the slavers would have whipped her had Turhan and the others not intervened.Slaver: (whip in hand) I'll tame you!
- Tear Jerker:
- From "The Spy", seeing poor little Zazoom tied up within one of Bakar's dungeons is a surprisingly heartbreaking sight.
