Antresolka Profesorka Nerwosolka

  • Alternative Character Interpretation: When Diplodocus offers Professor a time travel to the era of dinosaurs, Professor refuses, explaining that he remembered that he is waiting for a very important phone call. Was Professor afraid of going back in time to dinosaur era and meeting living dinosaurs, and waiting for the phone call was just an excuse to hide from them the fact that he was afraid, or was Professor really waiting for this phone call and just couldn't go on time travel with Diplodocus and Hocus Pocus? Or (taking into account that Tadeusz Baranowski loves to use worldplay in his comics) both of these options are correct, and Professor really was waiting for an important phone call and used this opportunity to have an excuse to hide from the others that he is afraid of going back in time with Diplodocus and Lord Hocus Pocus?
  • Continuity Lock-Out: Those who first read Journey Of The Diplodocus Dragon before reading Mezzanine of Professor Nervosol: Space Expedition may be surprised that the latter story is Lord Hocus Pocus debut, not mentioning that he's a main villain there. These same readers can be surprised that Professor and Entymologia weren't just secondary characters in the Journey..., but were actually main characters of their own adventures, and that the Journey... is actually a spin-off of previously mentioned stories.
  • More Popular Spin-Off: Journey Of The Diplodocus Dragon seems to be this due to the fact that the movie adaptation of the comic is mainly a adaptation of it despite the fact that it adapts other comics from the series as well.
  • Values Dissonance: At one point in Sea Expedition Professor and Entymologia get captured by Cannibal Tribe that are Blackface Style Caricatures wearing Savage Piercings (and who also speak in "unga-bunga" way) who plan to cook them in the cauldron. Something like this wouldn't fly nowadays in the children's comic book.
