Angry Birds Seasons

Go To

  • Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: All of Summer Pignic's levels take place on grassy plains with tons of flowers and sunlight... except for level 17, which is inexplicably set in space, complete with lower gravity physics that contrast with every other level in this chapter. And the next level completely ignores that, being back on the plains with not even a trace of space-related content until Invasion of the Egg Snatchers years later.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: December 2016 episode "Ragnahog" was a Norse themed world, with the name as a reference to "Ragnarok", a futuristic apocalyptic event in Norse mythology that would spell the end of the world. While nothing was thought of it at the time, this became eerily foreboding as this was the last episode ever released for Angry Birds Seasons, essentially spelling the game's end.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: Summer Pignic features unique levels set in space, topped off with lower gravity. Fast forward a couple years later, and Angry Birds Space is born.
  • That One Level: A strange case when a level wasn't always difficult. In the second Golden Egg level of Ham Dunk, the TNT explosion is supposed to make the mustached pig fly up, fall on the helmeted pig and take out both of them, but after an unknown update the mustached pig simply dies, rendering the intended win method no longer possible. Instead, you have to spam your birds fast enough for the last one to use the pile of birds as a ramp to hit the helmeted piggy.
  • They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: Many fans were disappointed when they found out they had to pay to get access to older episodes.
