JediAnn has said repeatedly that it isn't AGENCY canon, but she's also said that they would make a dynamically interesting couple and has drawn quite a few pictures of the pair together.

Unintentionally Unsympathetic: D.W. Read. The readers are meant to feel sorry for her because she got kidnapped by The Nine, but considering both what a horrible little bitch she is in her origin series and her being mean to her fellow captive Marcus Mc Cloud (she even throws a book at his head at one point), it is hard to see her as anything but an Asshole Victim, even if she is a young child, and just as hard to feel anything but anger that Sandy and the Pink Panther have to save her.
