Charles John Spencer (b. July 19, 1977) is a retired American Professional Wrestler from New York City, NY best known for his work in ECW as Tony Mamaluke. He debuted in 1999 after training under Dean Malenko and worked in Florida independents as CG Afi and Casanova Jones. WCW picked him up and introduced him as Tony Marinara, the Loan Shark manager for the Mafia-themed tag team The Mamalukes. That ran its course, and he went on to ECW. After ECW died, he went on to various independents, including Ring of Honor, TNA and many others. WWE brought him in as part of WWECW, which led to nothing. He retired in 2018.

As for his in-ring achievements, he is a former SCW (Florida) Southern Heavyweight Champion (as C.G. Afi), a former ECW World Tag Team Champion as Tony Mamaluke with Little Guido Maritato as The Full-Blooded Italians and a former ROH World Tag Team Champion with Sal Rinauro.
