
Ronald Herd (December 21, 1948-March 7, 2017) was an American Professional Wrestler as Ron Bass. He debuted in 1971 and wrestled for various National Wrestling Alliance territories. He arrived in WWE in 1986 and made his PPV debut on Honky Tonk Man's team at Survivor Series 1987. He left in 1989 and retired in 1991. He died in 2017 due to complications following surgery for a burst appendix.
