The Nutty Boy is a Brazilian animated series based on the books by Ziraldo Pinto. The series was produced by
Birdo Studio and was released in October 12, 2022 in Netflix. The main character is a boy
only known by his nickname (which is Nutty). A big dreamer, he comes up with well-meaning schemes that typically don't go according to plan. A natural leader, he is able to invest his friends (and grown-ups) in his plans.
This series contains examples of:
- Creepy Mascot Suit: Li'l Mac Flato. It isn't just the mascot suit that's creepy, there's also the games he plays.
- Foul Cafeteria Food: Subverted. Ms. Ivone's food is very tasty, according to Nutty, at least until Popoulos takes over the school and makes everything mature.
- Sweet Tooth: Bina and Toca, from the mobile RPG game Nutty's dad develops.
- Imagine Spot: Common due to Nutty's personality. These are usually in G Major.
