Best Ever Albums is a music-rating website started in 2005 that, unlike most websites of its ilk, is dedicated almost entirely to the full-length album. Each registered user can make a chart of their favorite albums of all time, in which all user charts are used to rank the albums on the website's overall chart. Each user gets a certain amount of points for what they contribute to the website (points for forum posts, ratings, editing album info etc), and the more points they get the more albums they can include on their overall as well as create charts for their favorite albums by decade, year and even special Customized charts for whatever musical list they want to do beyond just a standard Best Albums chart. In fact, the website's entire musical database is completely user-controlled, as an album only shows up on the site if a user puts it on one of their charts. Users are also encouraged to contribute in adding each newly-added-to-the-website album's information, including track information, release date, cover images and country of origin.

Along with making charts and rating albums there is also a forum section for discussion both musical and other off-topic discussions, notable for being more congenial and less rife with Trolls than most other, larger sites involved with art rating/criticism.

The Top 10 albums on the overall chart are:

  1. OK Computer by Radiohead
  2. The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd
  3. Revolver by The Beatles
  4. Abbey Road by The Beatles
  5. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles
  6. Nevermind by Nirvana
  7. Kid A by Radiohead
  8. Led Zeppelin IV by Led Zeppelin
  9. Funeral by Arcade Fire
  10. The White Album by The Beatles
