Infleuncers who? Neon Mask is the future.

"Dear Yebin... your big brother will avenge you.I will not stop until Trollfam... and every damn bully on this planet... burns in hell."
Seongbin Cha

Neon Revenge is an action webcomic created by Gisong. The translated version is available for free on Webtoon here.

Bullies took everything from Seongbin Cha, when a prank gone wrong ended in the death of his beloved little sister Yebin. Driven half-mad by rage and grief, Seongbin swears revenge on all bullies in the country and on Trollfam, the exclusive gathering that encourages and rewards their actions.

This marks the birth of Neon Mask, the internet hero who delivers brutal vengeance on South Korea's delinquents and live-streams it on ViewTube for all the world to see. Can he and his team eradicate the bullies? Or will the bullies find a way to get back at him?

Neon Revenge contains examples of the following tropes:

  • Action Girl: Jihyo, who is an unassuming, mousy student in her civilian identity, but a merciless brute when performing her duties as Mod Joy.
  • Big Bad: Trollfam, an exclusive gathering that encourages bullying and rewards and elevates the worst of the worst. Seongbin's seething hatred for them is well-deserved.
  • The Bully: The main antagonists of the comic. Various delinquents who take pleasure in tormenting those who won't fight back and brutally browbeat those into submission who do.
  • Bully Hunter: Neon Mask's bread and butter. After a bully caused an accident that resulted in his little sister's death, Seongbin snapped and dedicated his life to rooting out and punishing bullies, as well as those helping them. His moderators count as well, as they all dish out the pain to bullies alongside him and share his utter disdain for society's acceptance for and inaction towards bullying. His entire channel is dedicated to literally hunting down any bully reported to him and then making an example of them in front of a live audience of millions. Even said audience can get in on it, as Neon Mask regularly puts a price on bullies' heads, encouraging any wanna-be bully hunter to show they have what it takes.
  • Extreme Mêlée Revenge: How Neon Mask and his moderators deal with the bullies they hunt down. Neon Mask in particular really enjoys beating bullies to a bloody pulp, resulting in his moderators often having to physically hold him back to keep him from killing anyone.
  • Fat Bastard:
    • Myeongsu Bae, one of Noppagu's enforcers. Despite having an ego almost as large as he himself is, he's infamous for being all bark no bite. Even when directly challenged, he never goes to bat himself, but instead either delegates or attacks only when he's sure he has the advantage.
    • Yunho Yu, who is an overly aggressive brute that flies off the handle at the slightest provocation. And unlike Myeongsu, he can actually back all that rage up with something. Neon Mask actually struggles with him when assessing his strength for the real fight.
  • Fictional Counterpart: ViewTube, the online platform that hosts both Neon Mask and Trollfam. The logo even has the same color scheme as youtube's.
  • Dirty Coward: When confronted with someone who can actually fight back and isn't willing to take their abuse, most bullies either rely on overwhelming numbers to take their opponent down, use their connections to ramp up the pressure on their target or just flat-out try to run away if none of those methods work. This is commented on by several characters, with Mod Joy in particular lampshading how most bullies think they're hot shit but "piss themselves at the first sign of danger".
  • Hate Sink: Every bully on Neon Mask's radar is an absolutely horrible person with no empathy or morals. Every time a new bully gets introduced, the reader is basically counting down the seconds until Neon Mask arrives to put them in their place.
  • I Shall Taunt You: When in his Neon Mask-persona, Seongbin regularly mocks and taunts the bullies he's facing and goes out of his way to humiliate them as much as possible. This is partially to put on a good show for the viewers, partially because he likes it and partially to make them lose their cool and let their guard down.
  • Inciting Incident: The death of Yebin, who was the only family he had, spurs Seongbin into action and is the cause of his violent hatred for bullies and their cronies.
  • No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Bullies unlucky enough to catch Neon Mask's eye can look forward to being beaten beyond recognition and having all of it recorded and watched by millions of jeering viewers. Part of the moderators' duties is to prevent Neon Mask from going too far with this.
  • Once More, with Clarity: Episode 12 recontextualizes Sejin's loss and following week-long torment at Noppagu's hands. Turns out Seongbin told him to lose and draw attention away from his friend Sumin, so the latter wouldn't be targeted and could recover in peace. All of it was actually an elaborate test to see if Sejin was really ready to become a moderator.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: While Neon Mask is an extremely strong fighter, he's still just a regular human with a rather average build. When facing an opponent much heavier and taller than him like Yunho, his punches are largely ineffective and a single counter-attack almost knocks him out. And since nearly all the members of Yunho's gang have a body type similar to his, most of the viewers show doubt if he could truly take even one of them in a fight, let alone 40 at once like he announced in his stream. Which is why, when the fight starts, Neon relies on dirty tricks and guerilla tactics, instead of pure brute force like normal.
