Just Spas (Bulgarian: Просто Спас, [Prosto Spas]) is a Bulgarian webcomic by artist Sten Damyanov about the life of an anthropomorphic rabbit called Spas.
This work includes the following tropes:
- Barefoot Cartoon Animal: Spas and his rabbit family, as well as his best man who's a wolf in a tracksuit and his son.
- The Big Bad Wolf: Spas' best man is a wolf. note He's harmless, though.
- Bratty Teenage Daughter: Spas' daughter, Gergana, who is a caricature of a vapid, Instagram-obsessed teenage girl. He likes to troll her for it.
- Carpet of Virility: Yes, he's a white rabbit, but he has one of black hairs.
- Good Scars, Evil Scars: One of Spas' ears has a prominent bite mark from something with at least three teeth. Flashbacks from his adolescence show him with both ears intact.
- May the Farce Be with You: In a May the 4th panel, Spas as Yoda is Slut-Shaming his daughter who's taking selfies with a lightsaber (she's Aayla Secura).Yoda!Spas: Mhmmmmmm, a harlot you are.
- Not So Above It All: Generally, Evgenia, Spas' wife, doesn't bat an eye to anything, unlike her vitriolic husband, but sometimes she also gets in on the action. One time, their daughter, who had temporary eye damage, lamented getting fewer Valentine's Day messages of all things.Evgenia: There, there, Mommy's superficial little cyclops.
- Obnoxious In-Laws: Spas and his mother-in-law hate each other.
- Rascally Rabbit: Spas has the life and character of a grumpy middle-aged man.
- Hair-Raising Hare: While not murderous, Spas can easily kick the ass of anyone standing in his way, such as thugs who try to bully people out of cozy parking spots.
- Shared Universe: With Tony Pateto. The eponymous characters from both comics can cross over, drawn into the other comic's style. Tony's usually the butt of Spas' jokes.
